Advanced Design Drawing / University of Wisconsin–Stout
This course provides an in-depth study of design exploration and visual communication used by designers. It builds upon traditional media to develop a broad set of contemporary digital rendering methods, emphasizing perspective, form, and texture. Emphasis is placed on conceptual drawing as a means to develop design concepts. This is a required course for students in the Industrial Design BFA program, and is a popular elective for students in Interior Design, Game Design, and Entertainment Design. It is also cross-listed for graduate credit. |

Advanced Presentation Techniques / University of Wisconsin–Stout
This course is a structured independent study extension of the topics learned in DES 405 Advanced Design Drawing. Students shape the learning objectives to fit their own goals, and have taken to experimentation in SolidWorks, Keyshot, and Fusion360 in addition to visual communication and hand-rendering software. |
