UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN–STOUT ATHLETICS BRANDING
Development of an athletics mark for UW–Stout featuring Blaze, the Blue Devil mascot. The mark began as a secondary component of the existing athletics brand identity, and the basic design of Blaze had to stay consistent with current marketing. The implementation of the mark has been wildly successful, and it has fully transitioned to be the primary athletics logo for the university. In 2022, the university unveiled a redesigned mascot suit based on the athletics mark. Type is set in Ridgeline 201 by Jeremy Nelson, with wordmark by Cade Walters. |
